Residence layout
Residence layout (planned)
- A private pool and timber deck for every residence
- Large windows and a terrace facing the sea
- Bedroom and bathroom laid out with sea views
- Kitchen with a dining table and storage
- Freestanding bathtub and shower area
- Stone walls and gardens screening the view from neighboring residences
We will publish floor areas and the number of residences in a fact sheet once they are confirmed.
We check finishes
against samples first
For the parts you touch, such as flooring, faucets, lighting and handles, we check samples before choosing. We use materials that resist rust and fading in the sea wind.
What you can do
beside the pool
Lie on a deck lounger and look at the sea, swim in the pool, and have dinner on the deck in the evening. You can fill the day without leaving your residence.
