Until Naver Booking opens, please send your preferred dates through the inquiry form and we will contact you after checking. A reservation request form is also available in Korean.

Cancellation and refund rules Sample
- 7 days or more before check-in
- Full refund of the amount paid
- 4 to 6 days before check-in
- 70% of the amount paid is refunded
- 1 to 3 days before check-in
- 50% of the amount paid is refunded
- On the day of check-in, or no-show without contact
- No refund
- Meals and spa sessions are refunded in full if cancelled at least 24 hours before use, and are not refunded after that.
- If a ferry is cancelled and you cannot reach Udo, we will offer a date change or a full refund.
